<p>當咬下酥脆外皮，噴出濃濃湯汁，這是生煎包給人的美好印象。最近在台北永康商圈開了一間吸睛的時尚包子店，將傳統與科技的元素做了巧妙融合，從店鋪設計到處充滿未來科技感，門口設有自動點餐系統，入口可看到新穎的宇宙艙門、星球鏡子，在食物內餡上更是採用了未來食材植物肉，搭配台灣當季食材，加上獨特的秘制高湯，口味令人驚艷。</p>



<p>「Space Bao宇宙生煎」，是由打造台北蔬食名店「小小樹食」 的未來食研所所創立，今(8)日正式營業，立刻吸引許多民眾排隊嘗鮮。</p>

<p>目前 Space Bao宇宙生煎率先推出三種不同風味的包子，提供內用或外帶，除了原味，還有泡菜、油封洋蔥芝心等特別口味；「原味」的4顆100元，「綜合」有6顆、每種口味各2顆，150元。除了生煎包外，店裡還販售有原味、抹茶、芝麻和伯爵四款口味的豆奶，可搭配套餐享用又健康。</p>

<p><strong><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">原味生煎包（純素食）</span></strong></p>



<p>特別選用台灣在地的廠家製作食材，分離植物性蛋白產生肌理化，再通過酵素調和以及乳化程序，讓植物肉的口感吃起來跟真肉一樣，並以獨創的秘制高湯技術留住湯汁，食用前淋上幾滴四川藤椒油熬煮的獨門辣椒醬油，一口咬下去真的好享受。</p>



<p><strong><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">泡菜生煎包（五辛素）</span></strong></p>



<p>Space Bao宇宙生煎特別與豆豆里韓式豆腐鍋合作，泡菜口味生煎包一口咬下能吃得到清脆的大白菜，有點微辣與天然清甜；讓人心宜的是，連外皮也添加有泡菜汁，讓整顆包子呈現出淡淡的黃色，就想咬一口。</p>



<p><strong><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">油封洋蔥芝心包（五辛/蛋奶素）</span></strong></p>



<p>這款包子的外皮因加入了竹炭粉呈現黑色，內餡部分利用製作法式洋蔥湯的低溫手炒作法焦化洋蔥，搭配莫札瑞拉起司，濃郁豐厚的洋蔥和奶香風味讓人感到好滿足，剛起鍋時咬下還會牽絲。</p>
