<p>本週六(8/14)將是一年一度的七夕情人節，但在疫情仍緊張的情況，如何平安健康過節？國民健康署特別提醒掌握健康約會四訣竅。</p>



<p>國民健康署指出，因疫情分隔兩地的青少年情侶們，在疫情壓力與節慶氣氛渲染下，容易在約會時放鬆身體界線，甚至發生不安全的性行為，造成非預期懷孕或感染性病等後果，特別是青少年朋友，與心儀對象約會時，除應注意避免增加感染風險，加強自我健康管理措施(如：戴口罩、勤洗手)外，並應互相尊重，以維持穩定情侶關係。</p>



<p>若青少女懷孕，早產風險是特別要注意的問題。根據國民健康署公布的出生通報統計年報顯示，未滿20歲的孕婦，其活產懷孕週數小於37週比率分別為107年的11.58%及108年的12.21%，相較20-34歲之產婦為高（分別為8.73%及9.10%），顯示20歲以下青少女懷孕可能增加新生兒的早產風險，也可能直接或間接的影響身心發展，或導致學業中斷而影響未來生涯發展。</p>



<p>對青少年朋友來說，每次與心儀對象約會都滿心期待，國民健康署建議掌握以下4訣竅，共同創造美好的約會經驗。</p>



<h5 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">安全守則1.選擇適當約會場所與活動</span></strong></h5>



<p>約會時應以寬敞且明亮的戶外場所為主，例如：公園、展覽館、美術館等，並多規劃有益身心健康的活動，如健走、登山，學習透過每一次約會讓彼此的心更靠近。</p>



<p><strong><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">安全守則2.向親友報備行程</span></strong></p>



<p>約會前先與家人或熟識的好友告知約會對象、約會地點及預計返家時間，並在過程中手機不離身，定時保持聯絡。</p>



<p><strong><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">安全守則3.尊重對方意願</span></strong></p>



<p>約會過程中若感到壓力或不舒服時，應即時提出與對方溝通，並勇於表達自己的想法，彼此互相尊重、保持身體界線才可以永續經營彼此的情侶關係。</p>



<p><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color"><strong>安全守則4.避免酒精性飲料</strong></span></p>



<p>約會期間應拒絕飲用含有酒精的飲料，確保自己擁有做決定時需要的判斷力與行動力。</p>
