<p>每到農曆七月，不少人都會避免出遠門、搬家、買車買房或者戲水；往年，眾多廟宇都會舉辦普渡法會或者祈福法會，藉此驅邪避凶，但今年卻因為疫情關係皆紛紛停辦，在疫情肆虐的情況下，更是惹的人心惶惶，生怕惹禍上身。有網友分享，自己本來對於「鬼門開」並不在意，卻在與朋友聊天後發現，幾乎每個人都有準備驅邪物在身上，例如平安符、十字架或者佛牌……等小物，甚至有人會隨身攜帶 艾草，帶著寧可信其有的心情，向廣大網友們發問，請求推薦方便攜帶且有效 的驅邪好物，也在文中問及「放點草」在身上是否也有效用？</p>



<p>此篇提問獲得許多網友們熱心回應，有網友就指出，「在傳統民間風俗中，除了在身上放置香包<br>、平安符以外，部分植物如菖蒲等具有驅邪作用」。也有網友轉貼知名命理老師詹惟中臉書貼文「岩蘭草成分可以避邪」，詹老師語重心長分享道：「自從懂了風水命理後，也了解到居家的風，就是「氣」，而氣的芬芳對於風水或者個人運勢來說，都具有顯著的影響。年近六十的我，也到了會有所謂的「老人味」的年紀啦，，白花油也成了習慣都放在身上，樣式也隨著人的習慣而更新了樣貌，不必再用手指接觸瓶口，改為滾珠與易擠壓的形式也更方便與衛生，淡淡的香氣，以岩蘭草為基底的複方精油可以幫助紓解壓力情緒，且在命理學中，岩蘭草是可以起到去晦氣、避煞、補正氣 以及開運的效果。」</p>



<p>而部分網友也忍不住調侃，引發一系列無俚頭回應：「有什麼東西會加草進去，是草仔粿？」「建國<br>花市難怪沒聽說鬧鬼」、「對啦，有宮廟看師傅用白花油在化解」、「難怪沒聽過 7-11鬧鬼，原來店裡就能買到」、「傳統中煮油驅邪就是用白花油啊」，該對話內容都令人感到有趣又無厘頭。</p>

<p>彰化一名14歲國中生，2周前發現右腳無力、不能抬起，呈現「垂足」狀態，他揉捏肌肉和腳踝卻都未見改善；就醫才知道，原來和少年每天都翹腳上視訊課程有關。</p>



<p>這名國中生的父母原本很擔心他罹患中風等神經疾病，於是前往員榮醫療體系員生醫院看診。收治少年的神經內科主任葉宗勲，看著少年跛行進到診間，仔細診察後初判為右腓神經的問題，進一步詢問他停課不停學期間一天坐在電腦前面多久，少年回答「每天超過10個小時。」患者父親還補充說「他坐的時候，就是習慣翹腳！」</p>



<p>葉宗勲指出，這名少年因為長時間久坐，翹腳導致右小腿外側的腓骨受到壓迫，使得右腓神經傳導失常，呈現所謂的「垂足」（drop foot），無法自行將腳板抬起，行走時腳底板會拖地。</p>



<p>造成垂足的原因，大致分為「中樞型」與「週邊型」。中樞型（腦、脊髓）常見的有腦中風、脊髓損傷 、腦腫瘤、頭部外傷、多發性硬化症等；週邊型則為腰椎神經損傷、腓神經損傷、肌肉創傷。</p>



<p>葉宗勲說，通常姿勢不良導致腓神經的損傷，是年輕人最常見的原因，停課不停學期間，學生在家線上學習，長時間上網久坐，又坐姿不良或未定時起身活動，就容易產生背痛或坐骨神經痛等症狀。只要確定診斷病因，早期對症下藥及矯正姿勢大都可以恢復正常。</p>



<p>也因此，葉宗勳提醒家長，疫情期間，孩子在家裡長時間線上學習及上網，除了要注意坐姿，也要提醒他們適度的休息，避免造成「疫情線上學習症候群」出現。</p>
