<p>命理老師黃逢逸指出，東方的命理是陰陽曆共振算法，鼠年尚有一個多月，牛年前半年仍然困惑，不妨透過臘八粥求好運 ; 2021年1月20日是農曆12月8日，國人於這一天吃臘八粥的由來已久，如想解除2020肺炎惡運的糾纏，建議今年可嘗試製作｢平安粥｣，主要材料要用素食沒有葷食，可以選用白米、香菇(乾或生都可)、黑木耳(乾或生都可)、紅蘿蔔、玉米荀、高麗菜等共煮。</p>



<p>黃逢逸提醒，關於平安粥的製作也有幾點要注意，包括所有材料要切絲不能切塊 ; 不能用白飯下去煮成粥，必須使用生白米去煮成粥 ; 不能用電鍋插電類器具煮，一定要用明火(瓦斯、木材) ; 所有材料不能炒過油只能直接水煮，可以用素食調味品調味煮。</p>



<p>至於煮粥步驟，先放五碗水煮沸後，再加五碗冰水同時放白米下去再煮沸，接著加入其他材料。如果發現水不夠可再加水，不算碗數只有一開始有算水的碗數，如果人數少，碗數以單數算1、3、5、7、9。在農曆12月6日早上9點後就可以煮，臘六和臘七就可以吃，一樣有補運效果，但以臘八當日吃最好，早中晚什麼時間吃都可，過了臘八晚上十點就過運了。</p>

<p>無論是吃平安粥，或者是用平安皂洗平安澡，都是民間習俗中求平安、補運的簡單方式。過去很多人是取能夠避凶去邪的芙蓉、艾草、麻草、香茅、刺仔心等草本植物來泡澡沐浴，時下手工皂流行，取以上材料做成平安皂，天天洗更加方便。</p>
