<p>中秋節是親朋好友團聚享美食的時刻，好吃美味的月餅、烤肉或聚餐，總令人忍不住大開吃戒！台安醫院營養師劉怡里特別提供「享瘦5招」，宅在家過中秋不發胖。</p>



<p>台安醫院營養師劉怡里表示，每年中秋節過後，門診病人總是會胖個2公斤左右回來，因為高油的烤肉跟高糖的月餅，很容易讓腰圍變粗，體脂肪增加。過節還得節食真的蠻痛苦，所以要懂得計算熱量，適度吃。</p>



<p>關於劉怡里的享瘦5招，<strong><span class="has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color">第一招</span></strong>就是，千萬不要一個人吃一整個月餅，要大家切多塊分食，因為吃一口月餅可能就吃下了一百大卡。</p>



<p><strong><span class="has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color">第二招</span></strong>，可以用一個蛋黃酥或是兩個鳳梨酥約等於一碗飯的熱量來提醒自己，想吃當天就減少一碗飯。</p>



<p><span class="has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color"><strong>第三招</strong></span>，對於今年已有烤肉計畫的家庭，可採用烤肉蛋白質吃法：先吃海鮮（魚蝦）、接著可吃低脂肪肉類（雞里肌、雞胸），最後再吃瘦紅肉（里肌、菲力）。<strong><span class="has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color">第四招</span></strong>，加工肉類食物堅持不吃，例如貢丸、熱狗、甜不辣、豬血糕等。最後還要注意，<span class="has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color"><strong>第五招</strong></span>，吃完高熱量的月餅和烤肉，要記得喝綠茶加有氧運動。（想看更多內容請至劉怡里粉絲團&nbsp;<a href="https://reurl.cc/emxyOb">https://reurl.cc/emxyOb</a>)</p>
