<p>元宵節是農曆新年過後第一個「月圓」的日子，古人把農曆一月稱為「元月」，夜晚則稱為「宵」，因此將每年的農曆一月十五日定為元宵節，依過往習俗當天都會來上一碗象徵「團圓、圓滿」寓意的元宵，不論是吃元宵還是湯圓，同樣都隱藏高脂、高糖、高熱量的情形，攝取過量可能造成健康的負擔。</p>



<p>國民健康署署長吳昭軍提醒，民眾在感受元宵節氣氛的同時，想品嚐元宵或湯圓，可掌握「少量吃、替換吃、聰明吃」的技巧。</p>



<p>若吃4顆甜元宵或5顆鹹湯圓的熱量就相當於吃下一碗白飯，以60公斤的成人為標準來計算，需慢走(4公里/小時)15小時或是爬2083階的樓梯(相當於整棟101大樓)，才能消耗所攝取的熱量；此外，不要以為紅白小湯圓的熱量較低，若攝取20顆也相當於半碗白飯熱量，不可小覷。</p>



<p>市面上販售的元宵及湯圓都來自於糯米，湯圓為糯米粉與水混合後揉製而成，起初以無餡的紅白小湯圓為主，日後則衍生出包餡湯圓；元宵則是先將內餡分切後，再搖晃沾裹糯米粉，因此外觀會呈現不規則狀。不管鹹甜湯圓或元宵所暗藏的熱量都很高，且飽足感較低，一不小心就會攝取過多的熱量，建議一次以「20顆小湯圓或是2顆元宵」攝取為限(大約半碗飯的熱量)。</p>



<p>另外，製作元宵或湯圓所使用的糯米粉為澱粉類，在攝取時，記得要「減少白飯的份量」，就可以避免攝取過多的碳水化合物；在烹煮上多點巧思，也可以降低攝取的熱量，例如：無包餡的小湯圓以玫瑰茶、無糖綠茶或無糖豆漿等取代濃糖水，包餡甜湯圓以滾水煮熟後食用，鹹湯圓則建議於湯頭中加入多種膳食纖維，如：大白菜、菇類、蘿蔔等蔬菜熬煮，不僅多了蔬菜的甘甜與纖維，也襯托出好味道。</p>



<p>吳昭軍署長表示，除了在烹煮及享用元宵或湯圓時，多運用以上技巧，同時在元宵節時可以相約親朋好友外出健走、賞花燈，藉由散步或運動，促進腸胃蠕動與消化。</p>
